Nvidia Maxine is a cloud-based GPU platform released in 2020. It is an AI-driven video streaming platform designed to significantly reduce network latency and video quality degradation, so streams arrive faster and clearer than before.

The technology

Maxine runs on Nvidia GPU technology, letting it process data quickly enough for faster streaming at lower latency. It uses AI to optimise video encoding and decoding, which improves quality while making better use of bandwidth.

The platform supports deep learning models, so engineers can build their own AI-driven video applications. It also supports real-time video manipulation, which opens up live interactive experiences.

Eye contact technology
